2003-09-29//11:27 p.m. Kia Ora- -Tim Finn, Small World, 1982 First off, my prayers and thoughts are with Chris Osbourne (aka: Peewee), who is Kirk's brother and the artist who gave me my tattoos. He had a heart attack last night and is still in the hospital. Speedy recovery, brother. Another full weekend. But very nice. Of course, the show was Friday night and we all know about that. The pictures should be up on the MBL website (www.angelfire.com/nf/mbl) tomorrow or the next day. Saturday was spent shopping with my mom early on, then a bit of a lazy afternoon, followed by time at the driving range with V and Mr. Eric and then dinner at Rice & Company at Citrus Park Mall. After, we hung out and watched Pirates Of The Caribbean at Mr. Eric's abode, then V and I returned home retired for then evening. Sunday we got up early and met Mr. Eric in Orlando for a day of shopping at our two favourite spots in Orlando/Kissimmee. First we hit our favourite Premium Outlet Shoppes. We found some great bargains (I got 3 pairs of Puma's for $7 a piece) and then headed to the Lake Buena Factory Outlet for more shopping. We ended up coming home with tons of bags, mostly clothes, and plans for our return in just over a month. Instead of eating in Orlando (and facing the I-4 Sunday Phantom), we came back to Tampa and ate at Sweet Tomatoes. While there we were greeteed with and somewhat familiar cry of, 'Baaaaannnnnessssaaaaa!' It was Silivia who we used to work with in the Public Library System and who we hadn't seen in about 3 years. She's one of the nicest people you've ever met and she totally loves V. We ate with her and her husband and a couple of their Library friends and it was really a nice time. Back to work today, hating Tampa, and dreaming of Orlando. I am praying the next 3 weeks go by fast. At least Saturday night is Howl-O-Scream. Keep the faith. -N.
